Pre-order policy

Pre-orders are subject to limitations such as quantity, etc. These limitations apply per household.

Customers that order above pre-order limits will have their entire order cancelled, refunded, and not be allowed to pre-order that product.

Any pre-order cancelled by a customer or from failure to follow these rules is subject to a restocking fee of 5-10%. The restocking fee is waived if store credit is elected as the refund method.

Pre-orders cannot be picked up on another person's behalf unless specifically approved by a manager. Please contact our store in advance for permission to avoid any conflicts.

Valid ID matching the name on the order may be required to pick up pre-orders.

Specific Terms

Some pre-order items may be marked as unsealed, this means that the plastic wrapping or other seal around the product will be removed in front of you upon receipt.

Pre-orders marked in-store pick up are not available to be shipped under any circumstance, if there is an error and a order is placed for shipping it will be cancelled unless the buyer is willing to pick it up in store.
