Refund policy
All returns require approval and an RMA. Please email Sales@moxvalleygames.com for approval before sending back merchandise.
Mox Valley Games will accept returns on unopened items within 2 weeks of delivery. Mox Valley Games does not cover shipping costs on returns. All returns will be subject to a 5-10% restocking fee. The restocking fee is waived if store credit is elected as the refund method. For New Release and Pre-Order products we do not allow refunds or returns. Due to price fluctuations, we do not accept returns for collectible card games (Magic, Pokemon, Flesh and Blood, Lorcana, etc).
If a sealed product contains missing or damaged parts, you will have to contact the manufacturer to correct the problem. If you need help finding the contact information for the manufacturer, you may call or email us and we will be happy to assist you.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Event ticket cancellations must happen at least 24 hours prior to the event and are subject to a 10% restocking fee. The restocking fee is waived if store credit is elected as the refund method.
Any refunded or cancelled pre-orders may be subject to a cancellation/restocking fee up to 10% of the total purchase. The restocking fee is waived if store credit is elected as the refund method.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
